Instructions
- Cook bacon until done, but not crisp.
- Generously grease 12 muffin or popover cups.
- Line the sides of each cup with bacon.
- Combine crushed cheese-flavored crackers with melted butter.
- Place 1 tablespoon of cracker mixture in the bottom of each cup.
- Carefully place 1 raw egg in each cup on top of the cracker mixture.
- Season each egg with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture over the eggs.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until eggs reach your desired doneness.
