Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 (4 oz. each) cans diced green chilies
  • chopped onions, ham or bacon

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish for 35 minutes at 350°.
