Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillet
  • Cajun barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium potato
  • 4 or 5 medium mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Cauliflower or broccoli

Instructions

  1. Place the fish fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Cover the fish with Cajun barbecue sauce.
  3. Alternate layers of sliced potatoes, mushrooms, onion, celery, and cauliflower or broccoli over the fish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Wrap the edges of the aluminum foil up over the fish and fold over to seal.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the potatoes are tender.
