Ingredients

  • 6 carrots, cooked and drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crispy; set aside.
  2. Brown chopped onion in bacon fat; drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together cooked carrots, crumbled bacon, browned onion, and brown sugar.
  4. Pour melted butter over the mixture and bake until carrots are glazed and heated through, stirring occasionally.
