Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium peppers
  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons oleo

Instructions

  1. Keep the skins of the potatoes on and cut them as you would for fried potatoes.
  2. Cut onions and peppers; add them to the potatoes.
  3. Pour Italian salad dressing and oleo over the potatoes, peppers, and onions.
  4. Wrap the mixture in heavy aluminum foil.
  5. Cook on a barbecue grill for 1 hour or until the potatoes are done.
