Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1 lb. veal
  • 1 1/2 lb. ham
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Have all the meat ground together.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Put the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 2 hours at 350°F.
