Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large package mozzarella cheese
  • olives
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef and pork sausage.
  2. Melt the Velveeta cheese and mix it with the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and minced garlic to the cheese mixture.
  4. Combine the cooked meats with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture over mini rye bread slices.
  6. Heat until cheese is melted and bubbly, then serve.
