Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) precooked ham steak
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Put the ham steak in a microwave baking dish.
  2. Cover with waxed paper and cook on Medium for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and drain, reserving the juices.
  4. Mix the juices with brown sugar and prepared mustard.
  5. Spread the mixture over the top of the ham steak.
  6. Cook, uncovered, on Medium for 2 minutes.
  7. Cover loosely and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
