Baked Herb Rice

- Brown rice in butter for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine rice, 3 1/4 cups consomme and herbs in a greased 2-quart casserole.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour, stirring several times. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup consomme, vegetables and almonds. Stir well. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
- Makes about 10 servings.
