Ingredients

  • large Irish potatoes
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel them.
