Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, uncooked rice, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the cream of chicken soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and cooking sherry over the meatballs.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
