Ingredients

  • 3 large mullet, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces
  • Hawaiian salt
  • 2 blocks butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Mirin
  • 4 Tbsp. shoyu
  • sesame seed
  • green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the fish with Hawaiian salt in a roasting pan.
  2. Pour the sauce made with melted butter, lemon juice, mirin, and shoyu over the fish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, turning and basting a few times.
