Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • Half can of pineapple juice (reserved)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a small casserole dish.
  3. Cream together butter or margarine, sugar, and eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and half of the reserved pineapple juice.
  5. Fold in the cubed white bread slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for one hour.
  7. Serve with ham or chicken.
