Ingredients

  • unbaked low-fat 10-inch pie crust
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all filling ingredients except milk, dry milk, and egg whites.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool the pie and refrigerate before serving.
