Baked Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 12 chicken wings or drumsticks

Instructions

  1. In large baking pan, stir together everything but chicken. Add chicken and bake in preheated 425° oven, basting occasionally, for 40 minutes or until tender and well browned.
  2. Serve hot or cold.
