Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked squash
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased Pyrex dish.
  4. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F until set, approximately 20 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
