- Quickly wash the mushrooms to remove dirt from the pits.
- Boil the morels in boiling water for 2 minutes and then drain.
- Remove and chop the stems of the mushrooms.
- Mix the chopped stems, garlic, chives, salt, black pepper, and white wine in a skillet or saucepan; simmer to blend flavors.
- Stir in the bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese; mix well.
- Spoon the stuffing into the cavity of each mushroom and place in a baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake, covered, at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
