Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 heaping Tbsp. sugar
  • rind and juice of 1 lemon

  2. Add beaten egg yolks, sugar, lemon rind, and lemon juice; mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until golden.
