Bala Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine egg and milk; stir well and set aside.
  2. Combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  5. Dip in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Pour butter over chicken.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or microwave oven for 20 minutes.
