Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb pear, drained and sliced or julienne (canned or fresh)
  • 14 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 -2 teaspoon crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium-size serving bowl, blend vinegar and olive oil.
  2. Add pears and toss gently to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with walnuts and cheese.
