- Combine flour and black pepper; coat turkey cutlets with the mixture and shake off excess.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy skillet. Add turkey cutlets and brown on each side.
- Remove turkey to a warm platter.
- Add remaining oil along with sliced red peppers and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and cook until peppers are tender.
- Add dried basil and balsamic vinegar to the skillet.
- Return turkey to the skillet and cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes longer until turkey is done.
