  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add egg, milk, and vegetable oil; stir just until blended.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, mashed bananas, and chopped nuts.
