- Cream the oil and sugar together in mixing bowl.
- Beat the eggs until light and add to the mixture.
- Thoroughly mash the bananas and fold into the oil, sugar and egg mixture.
- Add the flour and baking soda.
- Stir in the cherry juice, cherries, chips and nuts.
- Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
