Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and banana pieces until smooth in a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Pour the mixture into 6 (8 ounce) custard cups.
  4. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg and place in a large baking pan with 1 inch of hot water in it.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until custard has set.
  6. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
