Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 apples

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and honey together.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in raisins and chopped apples.
  5. Spoon the batter into a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
