Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 large package strawberry-banana Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple; measure the juice and add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
  2. Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.
  3. Add the measured liquid and chill until thickened.
  4. Fold in sliced bananas and chopped pecans.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a 6-cup ring mold.
  6. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
