Banana Temptations

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 bananas or ripe plantains
  • 1/2 stick margarine (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Slice bananas or plantains lengthwise.
  3. Melt margarine in a skillet on low heat.
  4. Add brown sugar and stir until melted.
  5. Add bananas or plantains to the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
  7. Cover and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
  8. Turn over and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
