Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg.
  2. Add flour to the sugar and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour and sugar mixture to the beaten egg, beating well.
  4. Add salt, Pet milk, and milk to the mixture.
  5. Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
  6. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  7. Bake until the pie doesn't shake in the middle, about 25 minutes or more.
