Barbe Cups are savory, cheesy snack bites with a smoky barbecue flavor, perfect for parties, quick lunches, or casual gatherings, combining flaky biscuits, seasoned beef, and melted cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 Tbsp instant minced onion
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Put biscuits in muffin tins.
  2. Press up on the sides of the biscuits to form cups.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  4. Add instant minced onion and barbecue sauce to the beef, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the beef mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.
  6. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top of each filled biscuit cup.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
