Barbecue Baked Liver

Instructions
- Wash the liver thoroughly.
- Coat the liver with flour.
- Place the liver in a nonstick roaster and layer sliced onions over it.
- Lay bacon slices on top of the onions and liver.
- Pour half of the barbecue sauce over the liver and bacon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes.
- Turn the liver over and pour the remaining barbecue sauce over it.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.
