Instructions
- Brown meat in hot fat and add water.
- Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
- Reserve broth.
- Add enough water to make 2/3 cup.
- Shred meat with fork.
- Cook onion and celery until tender.
- Add beef broth and remaining ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until desired consistency. Good to freeze.
