Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cut up
  • 1 large bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can beer
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced
  • fresh garlic, sliced

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  2. Arrange sliced onion and green pepper on top of the chicken.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce, beer, sliced garlic, and any remaining ingredients; pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
