Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ribs
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the ribs to make the sauce.
  2. Simmer the sauce until it thickens.
  3. Bake or cook the ribs with the sauce until tender and flavorful.
