Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dried lima beans
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Sort and wash beans; cook until tender.
  2. Fry bacon until crispy; take bacon out of pan.
  3. Cook onions and peppers in bacon grease until tender.
  4. Crumble bacon.
  5. Mix all ingredients.
  6. Pour in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
