Barbecued Rib Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ribs (beef or pork) or
  • 2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken
  • 2 or 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, pork ribs or chicken. Then put in baking pan or dish. Pour sauce over. Bake at 300° low heat for 1 hour.
