Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-3 1/2 lb ribs
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 c water

Instructions

  1. Place ribs in a glass baking dish and cover with sliced onions.
  2. Cover with wax paper and microwave at 40% power for 25 minutes. Turn ribs and rearrange.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over ribs.
  4. Microwave for an additional 20 minutes at 40% power.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
