Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, adding muffin mix last.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
