Ingredients

  • 28 oz. can Grandma Brown baked beans
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. jalapeno cheese (Monterey Jack)
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the baked beans, diced green pepper, diced onion, ketchup, brown sugar, and grated Monterey Jack cheese thoroughly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
