Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs diced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sweet pickles or pickle relish
  • salt to taste
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine diced cooked chicken, diced celery, diced hard-cooked eggs, pickles or relish, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Do not add mayonnaise until ready to serve.
  3. Just before serving, mix in mayonnaise until lightly blended.
