Ingredients

  • 7 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable shortening

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and nonfat dry milk together.
  2. Add baking powder and salt; mix well.
  3. Cut in vegetable shortening until the mixture resembles small peas.
  4. Store in an airtight container for future use.
  5. Use as a substitute for Bisquick in recipes.
