Ingredients

  • 11 large marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Chill buttered platters before you make the fudge.
  2. In a large saucepan, mix marshmallows, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  3. Boil on medium-high heat for 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add chocolate chips, nuts, butter, and vanilla.
  6. Pour on buttered, chilled platter and chill.
