Ingredients

  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • fruits of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F and grease only the bottom of a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, soda, salt, sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk, and fruits of choice together until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
