Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil, firmly packed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put everything except olive oil in a food processor.
  2. Pour olive oil into the feeder hole while pulsing until the oil is fully incorporated.
