Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter or margarine
  • 2 c zucchini (1/8-inch thick)
  • 1 c corn, drained
  • 3/4 c green pepper in strips
  • 1/3 c onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the zucchini, green pepper, onion, corn, butter, sugar, salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and pepper gently until almost dry.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir.
  3. Cook until the tomatoes are hot.
