Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil or grease.
  3. Cook until golden brown, then remove and cool slightly.
