Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can butter beans, drained
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 3 strips bacon

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked hamburger, chopped onion, brown sugar, molasses, ketchup, barbecue sauce, chili powder, and prepared mustard in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Fry the bacon until crispy and crumble it into small pieces.
  5. Top the baked beans with the crumbled bacon before serving.
