Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled and cooked
  • 1/2 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. diced green pepper
  • large lettuce leaves, cleaned
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves, in a large bowl.
  2. Serve the mixture on cleaned lettuce leaves.
