Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, crush garlic with salt to a paste.
  2. Add melted butter and olive oil; heat until shimmering.
  3. Add shrimp and fry gently, stirring often, for 5 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat; add lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
