- Cut the fish into thin fillets and then cube into approximately 1/4-inch pieces.
- Add fresh lime juice to the fish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.

- Combine the marinated fish with chopped vegetables and garlic in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, oregano, thyme, coriander, and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and add Tabasco or red chili sauce to enhance the spiciness.
