Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 cans beef broth soup
  • 2 cans onion soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large can mushroom stems and pieces

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of uncooked long grain rice into a large baking dish.
  2. Add 2 cans of beef broth soup, 2 cans of onion soup, and 1 large can of mushroom stems and pieces to the dish.
  3. Stir to mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Place 1 stick of margarine in the center of the dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for approximately 1 hour.
